 TheCarpZone first got in touch with me over a year or so explaining what it was he was wanting to do, the lads came down an did what they said was going to happen.
the response i had was awesome, people talking about the video that they produced, it went on you tube an the winterley pool website an various fishing sites. around 6 months after the video it was me calling the lads to come back an do another video on our other lake to get awareness that its another carp water, it worked extremly well, they caught a few carp between them, had some cracking shots off the fish and lake, also i believe it was the first time they used an underwater camera to capture the return of a ghostie. The videos are excellent an its done winterley pool very well, people talk about it now, an to top it off the lads are a very sound bunch I am looking forward to seeing them again this year, cheers an all the best, Winterley Pool Fisheries See our page |

When Andy first got in touch with us regards doing a video on our fishery I'll admit we were a little sceptical about his motives, it's amazing what lengths some people will go to for a spot of free fishing! However on checking out his credentials, ie the carpzone stuff on youtube, it was clear that this fella knows what he's doing and arrangements where made for Andy and his friend to come and do his thing.
Well, to say we were happy with the results is an understatement, the video was shot very professionally and portrayed our fishery in exactly the light we'd have shown it in ourselves. Andy even made himself look like a competent angler by bagging himself a lovely mid 20 common in one quick overnighter, which is no mean feat from the water he fished. The video now has pride of place on our website and still gets mentioned by anglers coming to fishery, more than a year on.
Basically they're a sound bunch of lads who are very good at what they do and if they ever fancy a trip back to Four Seasons they're more than welcome, anytime
